Internist Dr. Haris Sinifakoulis is a third generation physician; he graduated magna cum laude from University of Pécs in Hungary and got a PhD in melanoma from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (UOA). He is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
Dr. Sinifakoulis’ training inspired him to continue his family’s legacy to become a family doctor and internist, but also to open active collaborations with Hygeia hospital and Euroclinic.
His later interest in outdoor medicine resulted in a Diploma in Mountain Medicine by the University of Leicester in England, and his certifications as instructor on BLS, by the American Heart Association and European Resuscitation Council, Prehospital Trauma Life Support by NAEMT and British Association for Immediate Care besides Advanced Trauma Life Support by the American College of Surgeons led him to expand his practice to include not only the field of Internal Medicine but also Travel and Mountain Medicine, both as a health care provider and as an instructor.
